Sloppy reporting on the part of Bloomberg/Reuters. The FDA panel finds the drug effective, but yet the final vote on approval is pending. Bloomberg/Reuters publish the partial report at 3:35. Stock jumps up $3. After the close the FDA panel's actual decision is revealed which indicates that the drug is rejected. After hours FRX drops $4. Not sure who leaked the partial report. Couldn't they have waited till the final report is out until the end of the day?
